I purchased an HJC Symax helmet from them around the first of this year w/o any unexpected delays. This particular helmet was a new model and the wineberry color I wanted hadn't been shipped from HJC yet (no other web sites had it in stock either) and I was told it would be 4 to 6 weeks. I did talk with them by phone and they offered to send me one they did have in stock (black or white) but I declined. The helmet did arrive as promised at right around the 4 week mark.
This is the only experience I've had with them so personally, I would not hesitate to do business with them again.
Footnote: I do like the Symax helmet. The front face flips up which makes putting the helmet on when you're wearing (sun)glasses or cold weather protection (I took it on my snowmobile trip) a whole lot easier. It offers more protection than a open face helmet but less than a normal full face.
